Hello. I have quite a peculiar grip. I am right handed, aim with my wrist with slight support from my elbow. I rest only my pinkie on its side, while i having my index on LMB, ring finger on RMB, and the middle finger on either depending on what game im playing (Left if i dont need to click - e.g. osu)
First i tried getting the Logitech GPX Superlight, but i turned out allergic to its rubber. I think the mouse buttons were a tad bit too high up for me as well.
Then i tried Hyperx pulsefire Haste, but while the shape low weight was nice (pictures of grip included), i couldn't get over the cable drag, so i tried getting Glorious Model O, but the sides curve too much inwards, so it makes my grip really awkward, while its mouse buttons are a tad bit too high up, while also being unnecessarily long. The sides curving inwards pushes my fingers upwards the mouse, making my elbow and wrist have less area to move the mouse around with, along with less control of counter-adjustments. The added 9 g of weight isn't a plus either for me.
So does anyone have some suggestions wire alternatives to the hyper X Pulsefire Haste, in terms of weight and shape, or something else that could work well with my grip? Mice like Xy's Rail or XM1R look enticing for trying out a claw grip mouse as well, but sadly they don't seem to come wireless?
For those interested, here's a link to the picture of my grip on the pulsefire
Hey guys, for the first time i ordered a zowie mice, it's the ZA12-C because i wanted a full palm support !
I just got it today so i can't say much about it but i'll give a short review.
Pro : The shape is really good, exactly what i wanted.
Build quality is top notch.
All the clicks feel good.
Con : Wheel is too stiff for me.
Depending on how i hold it, sometimes my finger press on the right click when i don't want to.
And the worst is the little hump (pictures added to show) on the right that should help holding the mice but it's just annoying, so far it hurts my ring finger.
I've been using the logitech g pro wireless for about a year now and the shape has always been extremely uncomfortable for me and it's very odd to grip. I'm not sure if it's the size of the mouse or just the overall shape, but it just doesn't fit well with me. My mouse grip is fingertip (I don't rest my palm on my mouse) because my hands are a little bit larger and it's the only grip that feels right for me. So, I've been thinking about purchasing the razer viper ultimate. From what I can see, the razer viper ultimate seems like it would fit my grip style more and be more comfortable but I'm not sure about the size. Would the razer viper ultimate solve my problems? Thanks.
tldr; I have larger hands and the logitech g pro feels weird to grip even after a year of usage and I use fingertip grip. Would razer viper ultimate solve my problems?
I am currently using a Razer Deathadder V2. I have relatively large hands and I was told I hold my mouse using the "palm grip". (my whole hand is laying on the mouse with my thumb holding one side and my ring and pinky finger holding the right side.
I am looking for a alternative, reason being that my current mouse just isn't doing the trick for me anymore. I gladly appreciate any help I can get on here.
Edit: I mainly use this mouse for gaming purposes (CS:GO and League of Legends).
Which one is better? My hand size is 18.5 x 9.5. I utilize claw sometimes relaxed clawand sometimes fingertip(mostly claw)
Been switching fro my Zowie FK1 (90g) to the Logitech pro Superlight (63g) as i'm a low sens player (used to play a lot of csgo, now mainly Valorant) was 400dpi 0.56 valorant ingame with the Zowie,
Now 800dpi 0.285 Valorant with the Superlight.
I have two questions :
- I've been training a lot with the superlight since a week now, and i often feel like my aim is shaky due to the very light weight of the mouse (sometime have trouble to make micro adjustment) and really wondering if i'm going to get used to this very light weight.
- People often speak about lowering sens in that case, but my sensitivity is already that low... if i go lower i couldn't make any 180 which might be difficult to play with.
I am considering returning the superlight for a standart Gpro 80g and my deadline is soon, that why i'm asking to you !
Thanks for any support and tips
Does the thickness of the mouse scates affect the dpi of mice? A good example would be zowie mice. The stock states on them are extremely thin, so most people get aftermarket scates that are usually a fair bit thicker. Does this not decrease the actual DPI measured by the mouse sensor?
My handsize is abt 17.7cm x 9cm
I use claw grip
Should i go for the Starlight-12 Small or Medium?
pls help thanks
I want to order TTC Mouse Encoder Mouse Decoder for my mouse since mine is not working anymore but I found out it comes in different heights. I don't have an accurate way of measuring the height at home.
Yeah I know posts asking about stuff are annoying but I found this video of a guy testing his mouse polling rate https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3QKJd_U-KfA. And I was interested in testing some of my mice in it to see the results. He said it's some kind of gigabyte open source program but I can't find it anywhere. If any of you know the name of this please let me know!
